I'm Nino Asor, COO of 7AI Ventures. I run the operations behind PH's largest and fastest AI Scaling Hackathon (96 founders in Batch 13, growing to 120+ in Batch 14), and I keep the trains running for Coach Jay Jazmines' content + sales + event engines.

Before 7AI, I was a financial planner at FWD. Sold programs and tickets for I AM + Coaching, Trainings and Systems. Programs/tickets for RDR Business Solutions, and House Creatives of RTD. Sold franchise at Above Sea Level PH. Lastly, I became an executive at an e-commerce company called ProHub — where we hit ₱40M+ in gross revenue in a span of 5 months.

These experiences allowed me to see the inside of how Filipino small and medium business owners actually scale — and where they break.

I am not a guru. I'm an operator who happens to know the inside and the pain of business owners, who happens to teach and coach for passion.
